Cream Puff Tutorial

- After taking them out of the oven I poked a hole in each one and put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes with the heat turned down to 180°C. I cut this part out because the video was getting a bit long.
- I like these best when they are a few days old and the pastry has softened up a little but you can serve them whenever you like.
- Sometimes I'll make a batch twice the size and freeze half of them to have another time.

This is my first video of this type and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I hope you enjoyed it. =)
